Description of airtightness works:

Blowerproof coating was applied with an airless paint spray device on the exterior of the concrete brick walls.
In a next phase, the insulation boards were anchored on and trough the Blowerproof layer in the concrete bricks.
Wooden facade plates and bricks were used as facade finish.
On the inside, there was no paint, sprayplaster or other type of finish on the concrete bricks.
Result of the blowerdoortest: passive airtight (n50<0,6)

This building system is cost reducing and high energy efficient.
